Multidisciplinary Artist Residency

This multidisciplinary residency connects musicians, muralists, writers, visual artists, and other disciplines from across the Dominican Republic's independent art scene, promoting interdisciplinary work and documenting artistic processes through interviews, podcasts, and performances.

Mission

This platform was created by the Society of Independent Music Producers, Mediumship Music, with the goal of strengthening, developing, and disseminating the Dominican independent art scene, fostering collaboration between artists, and cultural exchange. It's a space to promote creative freedom, where resident artists can be part of an original and innovative project in each edition.

ARTISTS IN
RESIDENCE

This residency was a four-day collaboration that brought together talents from the Dominican independent scene: actress Clara Morel, the musical project Estación Sub_Trópico, filmmaker Iván Herrera, and the visual artist collective Taller Maniel. Together, they explored and documented their creative processes. This project was made possible thanks to the collaboration of these talented artists, whose art invites us to reflect on creation and the connection between different disciplines.
